We enter the stage of history when PCs are still called “microcomputers” and nobody is quite sure how much profit there is to be made selling the damn things. 77MHz Intel 8088Memory: 65KB (first shipped with 16KB)Display: 320×200Storage: ne or two 160KB 5… )The original IBM Personal Computer came with a version of Microsoft BASIC in RM. Easy to setup!Weaknesses: The toner costs alot!!verall Evaluation: This is another great LaserJet from HP. The HP LaserJet 4350 is a perfect fit for any business printing high volume. Right out of the box just slap in the toner drop a ream of paper in the tray and either connect the printer to your network or computer and BAM your in business! I really like this printer and the ease of setting up the network services through the user interface. The printer comes with the A version of the toner would have been nice to have the X version but I guess that’s asking too much. This is a rock solid printer and has two EI slots for upgrades hopefully in the future they’ll have a wireless-n EI card.

TruTap: Goodbye computer hello mobile phone
Telegraph.co.uk – Nov 17, 2007
Increasingly young people are using their mobiles to do the sort of things that used to be confined to their computers such as messaging friends and keeping up to date with happenings on various social-networking sites. While a device such as Apple’s iPhone offers a web browser that allows you to surf the internet largely as you would on a computer for many youngsters its £269 price tag and 18-month contract with ? are off-putting. Instead they make do with the web browsers built into their phones still trying to do all the stuff they do on a PC but on a tiny screen. It’s a pretty unsatisfactory experience. So the launch of TruTap (trutap. com) has come at just the right time. It’s a free application that you can download to your mobile regardless of what service provider you use or what type of phone you have and it brings social-networking to mobile phones in a streamlined way that works with the limitations of handsets rather than trying to fight against them… TruTap succeeds by offering a service that you never realised you wanted. There’s something both novel and useful about being able to send an instant-message when you’re away from a computer and to post blog entries and upload photos to websites such as Flickr at the touch of a button without having to mess about with the full websites on a mobile internet browser. “Young people today don’t have to be stuck at their computer to stay in touch” says Richards. “With TruTap for the first time all the elements of your social life and how you stay in contact with friends have been combined into one. Well not exactly the first time. There have been other similar services around for a while.
